A HAPPY MAN
One day in spring， Wang Liangbin called his servant to him.
"How many pounds of snails did you buy?"
"200 pounds， sir."
"Did you buy birds?"
"Yes， sir， over 60."
"Did you have enough money?"
"Yes， sir."
Wang never spent much money on himself. He was frugal and lived simply. He spent most of his money buying animals to set free.
On a business trip to India, a colleague of mine arrived at the airport in Dilhi. He took a taxi to his hotel, where he was greeted by his hospitable Indian host. The cab driver requested the equivalent of eight dollars U. S. for the fare, which seemed reasonable, so my friend handed him the money.
But the host grabbed the bills and initiated a verbal assault upon the cabby, calling him a worthless parasite and a disgrace to their country for trying to overcharge visitors. The host threw half the amount at the driver and told him never to return.
As the taxi sped off, the host gave the remaining bills to my colleague and asked him how his trip had been. "Fine," the business- man replied, "until you chased the cab away with my luggage in the trunk."
During an armistice of the Anglo-American War of 1812-1814, an American unwittingly crossed the British lines while hunting and brought down a crow. He was approached by an unarmed British officer, who complimented him on his marksmanship and asked to see his gun. No sooner had the hunter handed it over than the officer turned it on him and forced him to take a bite out of the crow. When the officer returned the gun, the American turned the tables and forced him to eat the remainder of the crow.
The cat was very old; she could not run quickly, and she could not bite, because she was so old. One day the old cat saw a mouse; she jumped and caught the mouse. But she could not bite it; so the mouse got out of her mouth and ran away, because the cat could not bite it. Then the old woman became very angry because the cat had not killed the mouse. She began to hit the cat. The cat said, “Do not hit your old servant. I have worked for you for many years, and I would work for you still, but I am too old. Do not be unkind to the old, but remember what good work the old did when they were young.”
the lion once said that he was sick on his death bed. So he asked all the animals to come and listen to his last wishes. the goat came to the lion's cave. He stood there and listened for a long time. then a sheep went in. Before she came out, a rabbit entered to hear the last wishes of the king of beasts. But soon the lion seemed to recover, and went to the mouth of his cave. He saw a fox waiting outside. “Why don't you come in?” asked the lion to the fox. “I beg Your Majesty's pardon,” said the fox, “I have seen many animals enter your cave, but none of them come out. Till they come out again, I prefer to wait outside.”

Tommy is turtle. He has no daddy, no mummy and no friends.
He is crying. A bird comes. She says: “I can fly. Let's fly!”
